Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery for multiple epics, releases, and versions using various patterns and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple epics, releases, and versions by applying Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate team ceremonies including retrospectives and user story refinement.
• Apply burndown charts and other tracking techniques to monitor progress.
• Lead teams to operate outside their comfort zones to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices and standards related to Agile product development.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and patterns.
• Proven ability in Project Management and servant leadership.
• Demonstrated skills in influence and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills for leading and earning team trust.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior programming or software development experience.
