You will guide multiple Agile teams toward maturity, continuous improvement, and better customer outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile adoption and process improvement across multiple teams.
• Manage team conflicts and facilitate resolution constructively.
• Create metrics, reports, and dashboards to track progress and outcomes.
• Apply Lean Agile methods to cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead.
• Expert knowledge of scaling frameworks, specifically SAFe.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Expert knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, and Test Automation practices.
• Proficiency in industry-standard Agile tools and Microsoft Office programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Theory of Constraints, and system-level optimizations.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release Train.
