You will drive agile delivery and process management within a financial services context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and business process reengineering.
• Execute process mapping using ITIL methodologies.
• Manage change and release management workflows.
• Coordinate communication between customers and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Active certification such as CSP, PSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL process methodologies.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and products.
• Ability to write SQL statements to extract, analyze, and update data.
• Experience using JIRA Query Language (JQL).

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
