Description

Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full sprint lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Manage dependencies with Product Managers and delivery teams to ensure on-time sprint delivery.
• Clear blockers and escalate issues promptly to maintain team momentum.
• Maintain project transparency through velocity trackers, product backlogs, and regular stakeholder status updates.
• Drive decision-making and conflict resolution within the team to ensure alignment with Agile values.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a software development environment.
• Proven ability to write effective user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Technical familiarity with Java, Microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing internal and external communications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing team dependencies and project transparency.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, PSM, or SAFe certifications.
