You will lead teams through iterative development cycles using Scrum principles to meet delivery goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams toward delivery goals.
• Manage team workflow and dependencies using Jira.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery management processes to meet commitments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software delivery environments.
• Proficiency in Scrum framework execution.
• Certification or deep understanding of CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
• Expertise using Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Delivery Management.

• Any Graduate education.
• 1-year tenure stability.
