Sr. Scrum Master

You will facilitate the growth of multiple cross-functional delivery teams by implementing Lean/Agile mindsets and optimizing end-to-end value stream flow.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Apply the Kanban Method to visualize and optimize delivery flow and continuous improvement.
• Lead scaled events such as cross-team planning, delivery synchronization, and systems-level inspect and adapt sessions.
• Remove organizational impediments by collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership.
• Coach teams on self-organization, Lean/Agile principles, and the creation of working agreements, definitions of ready, and definitions of done.

Required Skills

• 4 years of experience as a full-time Scrum Master and Kanban practitioner.
• Proven experience applying both the Scrum Framework and Kanban Method to build high-performing teams.
• Experience working within cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments.
• Experience supporting teams using test automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Strong coaching skills in Lean-Agile delivery and servant-leadership.
• BA/BS degree in a related field with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience.
