Description

You will lead teams through the contextual adoption of Scrum and Lean thinking to drive continuous delivery and self-organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Implement Lean thinking and Kanban methods to visualize and optimize delivery flow.
• Orchestrate cross-team synchronization, including scaled events, delivery synchronization, and systems-level inspect and adapt.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage healthy backlogs and prepare quarterly, release, and sprint planning.
• Remove organizational impediments by working closely with stakeholders, leadership, and external teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a full-time Scrum Master or Kanban Coach.
• Proven expertise applying both the Scrum Framework and Kanban Method in high-performing teams.
• Experience working with Lean/Agile teams within cloud infrastructure and DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with teams utilizing test automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Experience coaching Product Owners on stakeholder engagement and backlog management.
• BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
