Description

You will lead scaled Agile delivery across enterprise programs, owning velocity, predictability, and metrics-driven outcomes for multiple pods.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Scrum@Scale or equivalent frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) to ensure predictable delivery across distributed global teams.
• Own release pipelines and metrics, maintaining visibility through burndown charts, velocity tracking, and delivery dashboards.
• Manage senior stakeholder communication and resolve cross-functional dependencies to remove impediments.
• Leverage advanced Jira expertise for backlog grooming, sprint management, and comprehensive reporting.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Active certification in CSM, PSM II, SAFe SM, or Scrum@Scale.
• Deep proficiency with Jira, including backlog management and custom reporting.
• Experience implementing SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale in complex organizations.
• Background in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience working with distributed global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
