Description

You will serve as a servant-leader for multiple scrum teams, focusing on building trust and empowering self-organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum events, including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Coach teams to improve scrum maturity, self-management, and agile practices.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain a high-performing environment.
• Partner with product owners to create and maintain product backlogs.
• Shield teams from external interference to protect productivity and delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a product development and delivery organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile practices and the Scrum framework.
• Proven track record of guiding teams to deliver SaaS products.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across various organizational levels.
• Experience identifying and addressing delivery impediments such as cultural or logistic barriers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leadership roles such as Scrum Master or Team Lead.
• Business System domain knowledge.
• Experience working with global teams.
