Description

Drive agile maturity and support organizational goals by working closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Improve transparency and predictability of team output.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and accountability.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress.
• Structure Jira boards for requirements traceability and scrum management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master, with 2+ years in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, XP.
• Experience guiding multiple agile teams and scaling Scrum practices.
• Proficiency with agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (HAMPro / SAMPro modules) and ServiceNow Platform Analytics.
• Experience with PowerBI for metric tracking.
• Proven ability to influence and drive organizational change.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
• Experience in large-scale agile transformations and distributed teams.
