Description

You will manage three scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving product delivery from development to production deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on Agile practices for continuous improvement.
• Track story progress daily through production deployment, ensuring BAs tag and approve items on time.
• Manage Azure DevOps boards, sprint point allocations, and team capacity to balance resources across teams.
• Identify and clear roadblocks by facilitating meetings between developers and the Product team.
• Report on sprint burndown, velocity, story point adherence, and team health metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Expertise in managing development progress within Azure DevOps.
• Ability to track capacity and manage resource allocation across multiple teams.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and impediment removal.
• Experience generating reports on velocity, burndown, and bug counts.
• Capability to coach teams and align development goals with product requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent scrum teams.
