Description

You will own the process and delivery lifecycle for development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure clear cross-team communication.
• Monitor project progress, report status, and ensure compliance with payments industry regulations.
• Drive process improvements and embed an agile mindset across the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role.
• Deep knowledge of Payment Systems and Banking APIs.
• Proficiency with Scrum Master methodologies and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards, including GDPR.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Payment Systems, cryptocurrencies, or banking APIs.
• Technical background in software development or payments infrastructure.
