Description

Lead Agile delivery for complex full-stack technology teams, ensuring rigorous adherence to Scrum practices and successful release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups and support the team in following the Scrum delivery process.
• Handle release management activities and traditional project management duties, including scope definition and staffing.
• Communicate status to clients and partners while managing risks and issues.
• Author user stories and acceptance criteria, executing a portion of the testing on projects.
• Collaborate with the team to schedule work, including defect remediation and refactoring, to guard against technical debt.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Agile ways of working.
• Proven experience in Release Management activities.
• Experience handling complex full-stack technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills for scope, staffing, and communication.
• Ability to consult with users, management, and vendors to assess system requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility.
