Description

You will guide multiple software development teams through their Agile journey, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach teams in Scrum practices to enable self-organization and accountability.
• Assist Product Owners with backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Identify and resolve impediments preventing team commitments.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback and open communication.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• CSM or PSM certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate team members.
• Strong analytical skills for risk identification and issue resolution.
