Description

You will lead development teams using a servant leadership style to drive agile adoption and high performance in a Capital Markets or banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Manage deliveries and releases while identifying and mitigating technical debt risks with SMEs.
• Remove impediments by coordinating with stakeholders across business, compliance, legal, and IT.
• Coach the team on agile values and use Kanban or Scrum boards for effective workflow visualization.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and align on vision and goals.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master in a true agile environment.
• Mandatory experience in the Capital Markets or banking industry.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, or cross-regional teams on major projects.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• CSM certification or equivalent.
• Ability to track acceleration metrics and coach teams toward higher performance levels.

Preferred Skills

• Prior Project Management experience.
• KMP I (Kanban Systems Design), LeSS, SAFe, or Scrum@Scale certifications.
