Lead Agile transformation for multiple teams to drive continuous improvement and better customer outcomes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Agile teams toward maturity and improved customer outcomes.
• Apply Lean Agile methods to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive organizational change at various levels.
• Manage and resolve conflicts constructively within team structures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Advanced knowledge of scaling frameworks, specifically SAFe.
• Expert knowledge of DevOps and Test Automation practices.
• Ability to organize data and create metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in industry-standard Agile tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of Lean Agile values, principles, and practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with value stream mapping and system-level optimizations applying Theory of Constraints.
• Experience leading change within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
