Own the Scrum framework and drive team delivery in Princeton, NJ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles.
• Remove blockers and shield the team from external distractions.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Track progress using velocity, burn down charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience coaching teams and managing Product Owners.
• Proficiency in tracking Agile metrics and identifying risks.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
• Minimum 3 years tenure in current or previous relevant roles.
