Description

You will facilitate agile delivery for technical projects across multiple scrum teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business needs and support the transition of requirements to technical design.
• Digest business process diagrams and systems interaction diagrams to clarify scope.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage multiple scrum teams supporting project work and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Scrum Master or agile project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple scrum teams.
• Experience supporting operational and continuous improvement activities.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Strong communication skills for providing trusted resource support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical project lifecycles.
• Ability to translate complex business diagrams into actionable technical tasks.
