Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Agile teams toward maturity and improved customer outcomes.
• Apply Lean Agile principles to manage and continuously improve team processes.
• Drive organizational change across different levels of the company.
• Organize data and build metrics, reports, and dashboards to track progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience using Lean and Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master or Kanban lead.
• Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of Product Ownership and DevOps practices.
• Expert ability to organize data and create performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard Agile tools and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing development teams involving Java, Spring, API, or AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping and Theory of Constraints.
