Description

You will lead agile teams through complex software development projects from requirements to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint planning, daily scrums, dependency reviews, stakeholder demos, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members and Product Owners on agile processes, backlog maintenance, and user story refinement.
• Manage cross-team dependencies using Scrum of Scrums (SOS) and coordinate with the Release Train Engineer.
• Identify and remove organizational impediments to improve team productivity and continuous improvement.
• Implement program-level transparency and metrics to drive accountability and agile maturity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies.
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Proven ability in facilitation, conflict resolution, and situational awareness.
• Strong understanding of the software application development lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Experience using historical data and metrics to drive process improvements.
• Knowledge of CI-CD and DevOps concepts and their impact on delivery.
• A-CSM, SAFe SM, or PSM-I certification.
• Bachelor's degree.
