Description

You will facilitate medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives from initiation through release.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off, sprint, release, and deployment planning to ensure alignment with Digital Agile/Scrum practices.
• Own release objectives and results to meet Line of Business stakeholder needs.
• Manage delivery risks and track team performance metrics.
• Maintain communication vehicles, such as tracker boards, to foster a trusting team environment.
• Facilitate business analysis, user experience, and technical conversations across multiple platforms.
• Manage product backlog maintenance, story writing, and backlog prioritization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience coaching and enabling scrum team members.
• 5+ years of product development leadership involving Business and Technology Services colleagues.
• 2+ years of experience applying Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify, Kanban, XP, TDD, or CI.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and MS Project.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering techniques including Continuous Integration, build, delivery, and automated acceptance testing.
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies in large-scale enterprise change projects.
• Agile Methodologies, Agile Certification, or PMP Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or financial industry experience.
• CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Experience managing distributed Agile teams across different geographic locations.
