Lead agile practices within large enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive team adherence to Agile principles.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
• Manage and guide the application of Agile tooling and processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large enterprises.
• SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Expertise with Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Align, FigJam, and AgilityInsights.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Scrum Master and Agile coaching practices.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced SAFe certifications: SAFe SASM 6.0, SAFe SPC 6.0, SAFe SA 6.0, or SAFe RTE 6.0.
• Experience with SAFe Studio and enterprise Agile transformations.
