Description

Lead a team of automation engineers to design, enhance, and implement open-source test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation engineers through framework design, scripting, and reporting.
• Evaluate current frameworks and align processes with QualiTest best practices and QualiFrame solutions.
• Implement QualiView to report automation status and findings.
• Facilitate root cause analysis of defects by working with development and support teams within sprint cycles.
• Present automation findings and provide technical recommendations for framework improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Experience with mobile automation using Mocha, Webdriver.io, and Appium.
• Experience with web automation using Cypress.
• Proven ability to lead a team of automation engineers.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of implementing QE best practices.
• Ability to perform framework design and enhancements.

• Any Graduate degree.
