Description

Lead automation efforts and ensure system quality through technical leadership and direct client collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and contribute to automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Design and troubleshoot automated tests within continuous integration pipelines to provide rapid feedback.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and partner teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle.
• Reproduce, debug, and isolate technical problems to verify fixes and investigate customer problems reported by technical support.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior test personnel while estimating your own testing tasks.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, REST Assured, and Robot Framework.
• Experience using GitHub and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients on technical requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills.
