Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by designing and implementing automated test frameworks across multiple programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test solutions and frameworks using Selenium or equivalent tools.
• Create comprehensive test plans, define test cases, and manage defect tracking.
• Design test reports and dashboards to communicate quality metrics.
• Lead multiple projects and teams through the software testing lifecycle.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing on mobile browsers and devices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on software testing and quality assurance.
• 6+ years of experience designing and developing automated tests.
• 5+ years of experience in manual or exploratory testing.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development, release practices, and version control.
• Knowledge of SQL, TDD, or ATDD.
