Description

You will lead quality engineering efforts by designing automation frameworks and managing testing teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI and API test automation frameworks.
• Create comprehensive test strategies covering functional automation and performance/load testing.
• Lead QA teams and manage people in a leadership capacity.
• Estimate and prioritize work while making decisions with partial or limited data.
• Assess, communicate, mitigate, and escalate technical risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles with hands-on testing responsibilities.
• 5+ years of experience developing UI and API test automation frameworks.
• 3+ years of experience in QA Lead roles managing people and teams.
• 3+ years of experience using modern frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• 3+ years of experience creating test strategies including performance and load testing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and testing applications on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS).
• Proven ability to execute load and performance testing.
• Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile testing, machine learning, or application security testing.
• Hands-on DevOps skills.
