Description

You will lead the design and execution of performance testing strategies and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create testing and automation strategies, including test plans for load and stress testing.
• Develop and parameterize test scripts using JMeter and Groovy.
• Monitor system metrics across servers, applications, and databases using Dynatrace and InfluxDB.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Analyze response times, throughput, and system behavior to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Establish test infrastructure and coordinate testing across various products.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience as an SDET or Developer.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Java, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter and Groovy.
• Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts and API testing.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace and InfluxDB.
• Experience using qTest for test management and Rally for bug tracking.
• Ability to analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from performance results.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS EC2.
• Knowledge of system design and architecture.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
