Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, Mobile, and Performance.
• Lead test architecture decisions and enforce best practices across engineering teams.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Collaborate with developers on design and code reviews to improve testability.
• Drive defect prevention strategies through advanced root cause analysis and quality metric definition.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong programming in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Appium.
• Solid API testing experience using REST Assured, Postman, or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Strong knowledge of BDD/TDD, test design patterns, and test data management.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
