Description

You will drive the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support a Zero Trust security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IAM toolsets to support Zero Trust security models.
• Build identity architecture that automates access requests, approvals, provisioning, and verification through self-service platforms.
• Develop core architecture to assign identities and access privileges to applications, services, and processes.
• Lead the evolution of identity and access policies across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Services teams to build supporting Zero Trust infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or identity management.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong proficiency with SAML protocols.
• Experience designing and implementing IAM at scale across various platforms.
• Ability to design automation and orchestration for identity workflows.
• Experience working within Zero Trust security frameworks.
