Drive the design, development, and enhancement of the organization's IAM program, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of IAM solutions including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to improve security posture and mitigate identity-related risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex IAM projects from inception to completion.
• Participate in governance and compliance efforts to ensure continuous security improvements.
• Provide on-call support for critical identity infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Entra, and AWS Cloud Identity.
• Proficiency in implementing PAM, SSO, Directory Services, IGA, and MFA.
• Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth2.0, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and XACML.
• Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks, compliance standards, and user lifecycle management.
