Description

You will design, develop, and enhance the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and support of IAM solutions including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and business stakeholders to improve security posture and mitigate identity-related risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead complex IAM projects from inception to completion.
• Participate in governance and compliance efforts, providing on-call support for continuous security improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields, with a focus on IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Entra, and AWS Cloud Identity solutions.
• Proficiency in implementing or supporting PAM, SSO, Directory Services, IGA, and MFA.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols: OAuth2.0, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and XACML.
• Understanding of IAM governance frameworks, compliance standards, and user lifecycle management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading complex IAM projects from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
