Description

You will lead multiple scrum teams focused on resolving security vulnerabilities in open source libraries and managing remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrum teams to resolve vulnerabilities and build remediation plans.
• Manage the vulnerability ticket backlog and prioritize items through a defined framework.
• Facilitate scrum calls, maintain boards, and develop epics and stories following updated processes.
• Drive the adoption of remediation plans across the development community and track progress to closure.
• Standardize Jira methodologies, workflows, and Confluence documentation to improve reporting and visibility.

Required Skills

• 7 to 11 years of experience in Scrum Master and Project Management roles.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Deep experience with Jira, including advanced JQL querying, grooming, labeling, and board management.
• Expertise with Confluence, including page creation, dashboarding, and content management.
• Cybersecurity knowledge with a specific understanding of open source library vulnerabilities.
• Proven ability to lead projects across different verticals and cross-impacted teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master or Project Management certifications.
• Experience with Tableau Dashboards for metrics and reporting.
