Description

You design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow GRC applications, owning the full lifecycle from configuration to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC modules based on solution requirements.
• Configure UI elements including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Build workflows using Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Manage Users, Roles, Groups, ACLs, and Update Sets for deployment.
• Develop system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API, and execute functional component testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Must hold Certified ServiceNow Application Developer status.
• 4+ years experience with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience with REST API implementation.
• Experience with data imports into GRC application tables.
