Description

You will develop and maintain server-side solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB management and system automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify server-side object-oriented JavaScript for ServiceNow applications.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery processes and maintain CMDB foundations based on the CSDM model.
• Perform Unix Shell scripting and Windows PowerShell scripting to automate system tasks.
• Apply CCNA-level networking knowledge, including routing protocols, TCP/UDP transmission, and IP subnetting.
• Troubleshoot network issues by gathering and analyzing IP packet-level data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Unix Shell scripting experience.
• Server administration across multiple OS platforms.
• Knowledge of subnetting and routing protocols implementation.
• Scripting for system automation.
• Understanding of ITIL model framework for business applications.
