Description

You will own the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on the CMDB and ITSM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform administration and configuration across CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and Service Level Management.
• Develop and manage the CMDB to accurately model IT infrastructure and support ITSM processes, ensuring data integrity.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts to automate business processes.
• Provide expert support for ServiceNow implementation projects, handling configuration changes and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Strong understanding of CMDB principles, IT infrastructure, and service modeling.
• Expertise in CMDB and Asset Management Services, including Business Services and CI relationships.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform tools and CMDB administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities.
