Description

You will own the administration, configuration, and stability of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration across CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and SLM modules.
• Develop and manage the CMDB to accurately represent IT infrastructure and support ITSM processes.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Design and build custom applications, workflows, forms, and scripts to automate processes.
• Ensure platform stability and integrity while supporting core organizational functions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Expertise in CMDB and Asset Management Services, including Business Services and CI relationships.
• Strong understanding of CMDB principles, IT infrastructure, and service modeling.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
