Description

Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure GRC UI components including Forms, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and ACLs, and handle data imports into GRC application tables.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API, and manage update set creation and deployment.
• Execute functional component testing, create technical documentation, and participate in agile sprints and production support.

Required Skills

• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient in Glide Record queries and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow GRC modules and managing update sets.
• Ability to build integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
