Description

You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow GRC applications for the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC modules based on solution requirements.
• Configure UI elements including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Build workflows using Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Manage user access by setting up Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs, and handle Update Sets.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API, and execute functional component testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience with data imports into GRC application tables.
• Experience building integrations via REST API and Integration Hub.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform configuration (UI Policies, Client Scripts, etc.).
