Description

You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow solutions for the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC modules based on solution requirements.
• Configure UI elements including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Build and configure workflows using Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Manage Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs, and create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API, and execute functional testing on GRC workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• 4+ years experience with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience with data imports into GRC application tables.
• Experience participating in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
