Description

You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet enterprise risk management requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC modules aligned with solution specifications.
• Configure UI elements including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Dashboards.
• Build and manage workflows using Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, and Events.
• Develop system integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs, including data imports into GRC tables.
• Create technical documentation, manage Update Sets, and execute functional component testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient in Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience configuring Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
• Ability to execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
• Participation in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing ongoing production and end-user support.
• Participation in deployment planning and adherence to software compliance standards.
