Description

You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet enterprise risk management requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC modules, including forms, fields, lists, views, workspaces, and portals.
• Configure workflows using business rules, scheduled jobs, script includes, flows, and notifications.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Manage users, roles, groups, and ACLs, and deploy updates via Update Sets.
• Execute functional testing, create technical documentation, and support production environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient in Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience configuring UI policies, client scripts, UI actions, dashboards, and reports.
• Knowledge of data imports into GRC application tables.
• Ability to participate in agile sprints and scrum ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Catalog and Portal configuration.
