Description

You will design, configure, and integrate ServiceNow GRC solutions to meet enterprise risk management requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC modules, including UI configurations for forms, fields, lists, views, and dashboards.
• Build and configure workflows using business rules, scheduled jobs, script includes, flows, and notifications.
• Develop system integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs, and manage data imports into GRC tables.
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and ACLs, and handle update set creation, management, and deployment.
• Execute functional component testing, create technical documentation, and participate in agile sprints and production support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• Proficiency with Glide Record queries and scripting.
• Experience configuring Service Catalog, Portals, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Knowledge of deployment planning and software compliance standards.
• Experience participating in agile scrum ceremonies and providing end-user support.
• Minimum 10+ years of total professional experience.
