Description

Lead the technical design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure platform architecture, focusing on domain separation and Telecom domain requirements.
• Architect solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using multiple data sources.
• Execute hands-on configuration and development across TSOM, OMT, ITSM, and CSM modules.
• Lead the development and delivery of various ServiceNow product implementations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
• 7+ years of experience executing end-to-end technical design and architecture.
• Expertise in TSOM, OMT, and Platform Architecture.
• Deep experience in scripting, custom app development, and ServiceNow OMT configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, App Engine, and Process Automation.
• Proven ability to design platform integrations and data architecture.
• Certified System Administrator certification.

Preferred Skills

• CIS certification in either the ITSM or ITOm product suites.
