Description

You will architect and lead complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform, owning end-to-end delivery for workflow optimization and UI development.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and optimize ServiceNow workflows across Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and HR Services.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, defining scope and translating needs into user stories and technical specs.
• Architect and implement UI components using ServiceNow UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to platform best practices.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to manage backlog grooming and deliver iterative enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, including 2+ years in an Architect role.
• Proven experience in workflow redesign and process automation within ServiceNow.
• Expertise in UI development using ServiceNow components (UI Builder, Service Portal).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules).
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and writing user stories.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with ITSM and HRSD modules.
• System Administrator knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
