Description

Lead the design and technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, and Configuration.
• Design and develop custom applications and portals within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage information architecture using ServiceNow Common Services data structures.
• Represent the Service Management organization in customer-facing situations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Developer, Admin, or application owner.
• Deep configuration experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, and CRM modules.
• Proven expertise in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Advanced scripting and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work with SOA and complex data structures.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification.
