Description

You will drive technical solutions and architecture for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HR Service Delivery and Supplier Lifecycle Operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions for business problems by demonstrating use cases through proof of concepts in non-production environments.
• Provide technical designs for the development team to execute.
• Oversee team resource allocation and provide technical guidance and training to junior members.
• Demo ServiceNow capabilities to stakeholders to validate functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
• Deep expertise in Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO) modules.
• Proven ability to design technical solutions rather than pure development.
• Extensive experience in functional consulting and requirement translation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical architecture decisions in enterprise environments.
