Lead the design and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications within the ServiceNow ITSM ecosystem.
• Drive end-to-end implementation for client requirements.
• Mentor and train team members on ServiceNow development techniques and platform capabilities.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions to ensure technical alignment across the team.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Proven experience designing and developing custom applications on the ITSM platform.
• Strong technical mentoring and training capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
