Description

You will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and platform architecture for public sector and large enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow modules including ITSM, SPM, and ITOM.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and manage stakeholder relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Apply functional and technical expertise to solve complex platform challenges.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align service delivery with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Strong functional knowledge of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.
• Proven track record in public sector or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with end-to-end platform lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, ITSM, HRSD, or SPM.
• Background in platform architecture design.
