Description

You will serve as the technical authority for enterprise ServiceNow engagements, owning solution architecture and technical governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions, making design trade-offs between Out-of-the-Box functionality and customization.
• Develop hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate technical approaches.
• Provide technical governance for development practices and code quality.
• Mentor other developers and guide the team on best practices.
• Apply expertise in ITOM, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience (12+ years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in ITOM, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Architect-level experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
• Familiarity with CIS benchmarks (CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, HAM, SAM).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• CSA certification.
• CAD certification.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• CTA certification.
