Description

You will implement and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement core ServiceNow platforms, rollouts, and module deployments.
• Configure ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Catalog) and CSM.
• Develop customizations using Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
• Manage integrations via REST and SOAP protocols.
• Document technical processes and resolve high-pressure service issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
• Direct implementation experience on full platform or major module deployments.
• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM and CSM core modules.
• Working knowledge of HRSD and CMDB.
• Proficiency in workflow customization, client scripts, and business rules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integration protocols.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Higher Education or Government entities.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CISM in ITSM or CSM).
